We will work with individual tasks that are meant to expand our understanding of movement in our body. We have an immense ability to move within and share dance with others, our solos reflect our communication skills, that is why we work on understanding movement first in our body.
The workshop will include working on individual growth in the dance field and from that we'll take the dance into a duet of Contact Improvisation, understanding that our first CI dance is with ourselves.
The work is mainly movement training that is meant to expand our range of motion and allow for better communication with ourselves and so with our partner.
The movement training will include principles from Feldenkrais, Aikido, Ilan Lev, FM, Tai Chi and more...
